Member of the Month: Dan Kestin
Having first heard about Lustbader Center from his father, Dan has come to love the staff and everyone he has met since he joined. Personal training sessions have taken Dan’s fitness to the next level, teaching him new ways to keep his fitness routine fresh and effective!
On a day-to-day basis, Dan focuses his workouts with a mix of strength training and cardio, including everything from squatting and deadlifting to the treadmill and indoor rowing. This varied fitness routine helps Dan stick to his commitment to becoming healthier and more physically fit. And, after several months of sticking with his routine, the work is paying off. Dan has lost weight and feels stronger and more fit than ever before. Though he knows that fitness is a neverending journey, Dan is thrilled to be part of the Lustbader Center community that makes this journey fun and rewarding.
