You’ll find a range of Cycle classes at Lustbader Health Club that keep you challenged, motivated, and having fun. If you’re looking for a calorie-burning class that gets your heart pumping, Cycle is the place to be.
A cardio workout on a stationary bike based on cycling principles. Classes are technique based and/or real terrain based and focus on cadence, heart rate zones, climbs and sprints that can make an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging.
This high energy class combines the lower body workout of cycling with the upper body/core conditioning of rowing into a calorie burning workout. After a short warm-up, you will alternate between the Bike and Rowers in timed intervals for the duration of class.
An interval workout that alternates challenging cycle segments with 8-minute intervals off of the bike that include a variety of strength and resistance training exercises. Core and balance work are also integrated to all major muscle groups from start to finish!
This class combines the aerobic benefits of rowing and cycling with strength and core intervals. You will work your way through 4-minute intervals at each station, rowing, riding, resisting and planking a total of 3 circuits. YOUR workout at YOUR level. Athletes and beginners welcome.
