An alignment-based yoga class that includes breath work, stretching and long holds. Each pose is explored and held with the focus on alignment and will promote strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. Blankets, straps and blocks may be used. All levels welcome!
A total body conditioning class with the focus primarily on core strength (abdominals, back, hips, and glutes) and flexibility.
