Whether you want to run your first 5K, take your strength training to the next level, or learn how to create a meal plan, Lustbader Health Club has a specialty class just for you. Each class is a perfect way to enhance your personal fitness routine and connect with your community.
This 8-week strength training program is designed for both beginners and those who are looking to perfect their form and knowledge in the weight room. We will introduce core movements and educate you on how to build workouts on your own. Geared towards people who are looking to improve strength, increase metabolism and build confidence in using a barbell!
Tuesday/Thursday at 12:00pm, or 5:30pm
