mike o hagan

Mike O’Hagan

Mike’s interest in leading a healthy and active lifestyle, combined with his enthusiasm for coaching, has been his passion for the last 20 years. He began by coaching youth sports and pursuing his degree in Exercise Science from the University of Rhode Island. Later, he worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for professional baseball. Since then, Mike has continued coaching and finds the most rewarding part of his job to be when he sees his clients believe in themselves and achieve goals they never thought would be possible.

ryan bruneman

Ryan Bruneman

Ryan developed a specialization in foundational and holistic movement practices after working in a physical therapy clinic. He has worked with all kinds of clients, including post-surgical patients and professional athletes. His MovNat certification enables him to create programs for real-world, practical skills that are also fun and build mental and physical strength.

Fred Lux

For 10 years, Freddy has dedicated his work to fitness, nutrition, and massage therapy. Utilizing education, training and personal experience, Freddy approaches the body as a whole to help members move towards better health. He is an Illinois Veteran as well as a recipient of the Illinois Hero Award for his quick response using CPR and AED training.

Liz Geifman

Liz combines knowledge of exercise, yoga and nutrition when helping clients find their own path to health and wellness. As a mother of four, Liz knows how challenging it can be to prioritize one’s own fitness while juggling life’s responsibilities. She works with clients to understand their specific challenges and goals. Liz is certified in Weight Management and Sports Nutrition.

Nick Slager

Nick uses his expertise in the fields of nutrition and Kinesiology to develop fitness programs focusing on physical, mental and spiritual well-being. The programs are designed to create a mind-body connection, and improve mental and physical health. Nick has prior experience working with youth-collegiate level athletes, as well as working with adult and senior populations.

Erik Yamane

Erik specializes in human performance enhancement, strength and conditioning. His focus on these areas allowed him to reach elite levels in college soccer, and is something he continues to challenge himself with every day. Erik strives to help others reach their full physical potential. He is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and EXOS fitness specialist.

Tom Atiyeh

Tom has devoted his career to developing healthy lifestyles for people in the community. His background in exercise science allows him to use a holistic approach to designing and implementing evidence-based programs for people of all ages. Tom has experience working with high school athletes, middle-aged adults and seniors. He creates a positive environment and customizes each training session to help his clients reach their goals.

jose debartolo

Jose Debartolo

Jose has a degree in Exercise Science, Minor in Business Administration. In 2017, she completed her EXOS internship at Google’s Headquarters in Mountain View, CA. Her area of expertise is Total Body Strength programming and coaching Boot Camp Classes. With Jose’s experience and XPS certification, she is dedicated to helping her clients reach their fitness goals by individually programming to fit their needs.

sam silverglade

Sam Silverglade

Sam is a certified ACE personal trainer who uses an upbeat attitude and his highly contagious energy to motivate adults to achieve their fitness goals. For more than 3 years, Sam has been a dedicated children’s sports coach and fitness instructor for children ages 2-14, at various well-established academies and high-end fitness clubs in Chicago. Sam teaches his students about a variety of sports, how to have fun while exercising and improves their social skills while doing so.

cole larson

Cole Larson

Cole’s passion for fitness, wellness and helping others achieve their goals, led him to pursue a degree in Health and Human Physiology from the University of Iowa. He is a certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist and has experience with lifestyle coaching, group exercise, personal training and cardiac rehabilitation. Cole looks forward to helping all his clients achieve happier, healthier lives through fitness.
